Role Overview
We are seeking Bachelor-level Electrical engineer in to join our Junior Experts Team. He / she will support senior consultants on design, analytics, site and stakeholder work, and preparation of technical documentation across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection, analysis, and technical calculations.
• Support preparation of drawings, reports, BoQs, and tender/contract documents.
• Contribute to site visits, inspections, and supervision tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Help identify practical, original solutions to engineering challenges.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; self-starter with high ownership.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and willingness to be challenged.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of professional software (e.g., AutoCAD/Civil 3D, or similar).
• Internship or project experience in water/environment/energy/infrastructure.
• Valid driver’s license.
