Account Manager (Sales)
Job Description:
Are you a natural relationship-builder with a knack for uncovering sales opportunities? We’re looking for a driven and personable Account Manager (Sales) to join our growing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving revenue, and helping our customers get the most value from our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to meet client needs.
- Monitor account performance and proactively resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management (2+ years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
