About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our talent team. This role is essential to streamlining our recruitment process, supporting recruiters and consultants by organizing candidate information, drafting high-quality briefs, and helping build and maintain robust talent pools. If you're passionate about people, data, and making recruitment processes more efficient and impactful, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize all candidate data within our CRM, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and ease of access.
  • Draft clear, compelling candidate briefs, executive summaries, and sales briefs for internal and client use.
  • Assist in shortlisting candidates for roles based on defined criteria, screening CVs and profiles to identify top matches.
  • Build, manage, and segment talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct research to support recruitment campaigns, including market mapping and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Support outreach efforts to passive candidates, where required.
  • Continuously update and improve data hygiene within the CRM and suggest process enhancements.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a recruitment, research, or sourcing support role preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong writing skills – able to produce polished, professional candidate and executive briefs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfortable with data entry, candidate tracking, and process management.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • We value the benefits that come with a team environment, and therefore this will be an office-based role. You will be required to commute to our Pristina office.
