Alumil Kosovo, headquartered in Prishtina (Bresje), has been operating in Kosovo since 2009 and is part of ALUMIL S.A. headquartered in Thessaloniki-Greece which is the largest privately owned aluminium extruding group in South East Europe in terms of production capacity, for complete aluminium profile systems.

For its needs, the company seeks to hire experienced employee in the following position:

Costumer Consultant

Position Objective
to consult and provide technical support for every stakeholder, Architects, Engineers, Fabricators, end-Customers, and colleagues. Visits to customers for technical training of new systems and product upgrades

1.Main Duties:

  1. Conduct static studies for the appropriate profile selection during the study of the project.
  2. Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers and support them.
  3. Engage with project designs to provide custom requirements of match with existing products.
  4. Master of AlumilCal, create complex offers and optimize solutions
  5. Comply with the data entry process for projects on the CRM.
  6. Complaints recording about systems and technical solutions
  7. Comment on the competitors’ systems of their and record the competitive advantages and weaknesses of Alumil.
  8. Training for customers to use Alumil Cal.
  9. Mentor new and existing colleagues with regards to technical details.
  10. Build of material on bases of customers drawings using consultation process.
  11. Participation in fairs / complain resolving.
  12. Compliance of data entry of project and their follow-up on CRM
  13. Prepare and update technical presentations on local language.
  14. Translation of profiles and accessories on regional language to be implemented in Atlantis.
  15. Certification process, requirement for fabrication, and participate in process of Alumil products by local authorities.
  16. Participate in the facilitation of customer visits at the plant and corporate headquarters for guided tours, presentations and technical training

2.Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- University Degree in Architecture, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Experience on the construction sector is an advantage.
- CRM experience will also be considered as a plus.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work well in teams
- Good knowledge of English Language
