Job Title: Desk Operator

Reports to: Finance Manager / Head of Show Room.
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Desk Operator to support basic financial and administrative activities, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, warehouse, and clients. The role focuses on cash flow monitoring, client registration, order processing, and follow-up of sales agreements to guarantee timely and accurate product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic financial and administrative activities
- Monitor cash flow and outstanding balances
- Register and update client accounts in the system
- Monitor client accounts and payment status
- Issue accurate order forms and documentation for the warehouse to ensure smooth product delivery
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse team for order execution
- Maintain continuous communication with sales agents to follow up on proper execution of sales agreements
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
- Support management with reports and daily operational updates
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative, finance, or desk operations roles
- Basic knowledge of finance, invoicing, and account monitoring
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (ERP/CRM systems are an advantage)
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
Working Conditions
Work Location Rruga Lipjan -Gracanice, Prishtine, Kosove
Working Schedule: 6 days / week, 40hrs/ week
Contract Type: Indefinite / Fixed-term / Probation period 3 months
Reporting Line: Reports to Sales Manager, Head of Show Room)
Salary:Fixed Salary: 1.000-1.200 EUR Net.
