The UNICEF wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for Video Production Services.
Please prepare your proposal in accordance with the requirements specified in the attached document titled “Request for Proposal (LRPS-2026-9203589)” and submit it to UNICEF as outlined below.

• Review all the requirements and specifics of this request for proposal carefully.
• The proposal form (LRPS-2026-9203589) must be completed, signed, and returned to UNICEF (electronically via email at [email protected] ).
• The price proposal shall be made in EURO.
• Taxes – All price proposals shall be submitted without VAT since UNICEF is exempt from taxes.
• Language of offer – All proposals, information, documents, and correspondence exchanged between UNICEF and the Bidders in relation to this RFP process shall be in English.
• All correspondence, notifications, and requests for clarifications in relation to this RFP shall be sent to: UNICEF Pristina, Email: [email protected]
• The company should be licensed to work and registered in Kosovo. A copy of the valid registration document must be presented.
• Technical offer to be submitted electronically via email at [email protected] . Financial Offer to be submitted in hard copy in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “Digital Video Production Services for UNICEF Kosovo”, at address “Ramiz Sadiku” building, Ukshin Hoti Street, 120, C3/2A, Prishtina.
