Job Description
We are looking for a Entrepreneurship Programs Coordinator to be the prime interface with entrepreneurs and responsible for the operations, startups development, planning and promoting the incubation program. The coordinator will provide technical support to the incubated startups to ensure their progress, suggest solutions and work processes when required. The Entrepreneurship Programs Coordinator will facilitate the operations of the incubator and assist in forming partnerships with institutions and individuals to promote the Entrepreneurship programs with a focus on startups.
- Design and manage events, projects, workshops, training sessions and bootcamps for the programs being implemented.
- Plan and suggest activities to ensure the continuity of the support provided to startups.
- Ensure overall plans and activities are implemented as designed and outcomes are as planned and desired.
- Liaise with the Project Manager the required legal, administrative and financial follow up.
- Develop and enlarge a network of business and technical mentors.
- Forge partnerships with other organisations for service provision and other activities.
- Prepare all required reporting and maintain a comprehensive set of records about the startups and mentors\consultant engagement.
- Maintain a record of each startup’s progress and ensure their technical and financial milestones are met.
- Assist in designing and coordinating new entrepreneurial activities, events and initiatives
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment that encourages knowledge sharing, respect, ownership, culture and skills development
- Establish and maintain relationships with local community.
- Assist in recruiting startups and promoting the incubator.
Job Requirements
- BA in Business, Management, or relevant fields
- 3-4 years of experience, in similar activity is mandatory
- Team player with proven leadership skills
- Networking, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Solid time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good knowledge of English
Job Location
- Makerspace – Innovation Center Office at Innovation&Training Park, 20000 Prizren.
Contract duration:
- One (1) year, with extension option.
