Contract title: Auditing Services for Human Rightivism Project Financial Statements implemented by CDF for the period from January 1, 2025-, December 31,2025; January 1, 2026-31 December 2026 and January 1, 2027-December 31,2027

The Human Rightivism project is supported by Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) implemented by Community Development Fund (CDF) over 3 years’ period with an overall objective to advance human rights in Kosovo by addressing critical issues related to labor rights, mental health and strategic litigation.

In accordance with the Sida Audit provisions, Community Development Fund(CDF)/Human Rightivism project now invites certified eligible Audit companies to submit their Technical and Financial proposals to provide the following services:

Audit of Financial Statements of the Human Rightivism Project-, implemented by CDF for the period from January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025; January 1,2026–December 31,2026 and January 1, 2027- December 31, 2027 (covering throughout the 3 years’ project)

Required bidding document may be obtained by interested companies upon submitting of a request at the following e-mail addresses [email protected] .

Technical and Financial proposals in presented form in Data Sheet of the tender package should be send to the email addresses: [email protected] or not later than on the date 20.01.2026 at 16:00hrs.

Bids shall be valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of submission. Late bids will be rejected and not considered for the evaluation
