Finance Manager

EPPC Kosovo is recruiting a Finance Manager for its client, a leading provider of after-sales services for electrical and electronic appliances, part of a larger investment group.

Position Description:

Responsible for overseeing all financial functions including accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and fiscal compliance.

Essential responsibilities:

• Develop long-term financial plans to support business growth and sustainability.
• Supervise all financial functions including accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and fiscal compliance.
• Perform analyses to assess the sustainability and efficiency of investments or projects.
• Ensure a steady cash flow to meet operational needs and investments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executives and shareholders to inform about financial performance.
• Provide financial advice to executive management regarding strategic decisions and investments.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with the business, ensuring compliance with regulations and fiscal standards.
• Implement modern financial management and reporting systems.

Qualifications and competencies required:

• University diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• At least 5-7 years in financial management, preferably in the technical services or industrial sector.
• Profound knowledge in accounting, tax laws, and financial regulations.
• Excellent skills in financial analysis and risk management.
• Advanced skills in financial software (ERP, Excel, etc.).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the management team and other departments.
• Leadership abilities and experience in managing teams.
• Computer literacy, good knowledge of MS Office.
