Outsourced Call Center Agent – German Speaking (Sales)
Position: German-Speaking Sales Agent (Outbound Call Center)
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Break: Including 1-hour break
Overview
We are looking for German-speaking outbound sales agents for an outsourced call center team. The role focuses on outbound cold calling and customer follow-up sales in the household products sector.
Language Requirements
- German language: C1 level or native speaker
- Clear pronunciation and strong communication skills are essential
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales or telesales is highly preferred
- Experience in outbound campaigns such as electricity contracts, gas contracts, mobile phone plans, insurance, or similar telesales products is considered a strong advantage
Responsibilities
Morning / First Half of the Day
- Outbound cold calling / cold acquisition
- Selling household products such as handmade towels, brushes, brooms, and baskets
- Approximately 150 net calls per agent per day
- Calls are made using a predictive dialing system
Afternoon / Second Half of the Day
- Outbound calls to existing customers / customer retention and upselling
- Maintain customer relationships and identify additional sales opportunities
