INVITATION TO TENDER

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is

implementing technical cooperation measures on behalf of the Government of

the Federal Republic of Germany.

GIZ Kosovo invites tenders for the following:

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Bidders will not be able to submit responses after the above date and time. GIZ does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid or may accept any bid without assigning any reasons. Bidders shall only use the following email [email protected] for questions to avoid disqualification. GIZ is exempted from the VAT and customs duties, and an exemption confirmation will be provided. Bidder must ensure compliance with embargoes and other trade restrictions against Russia, Belarus, Crimea and the affected parts of Eastern Ukraine.

ADDITIONAL BIDDING REQUIREMENTS

The Bidder shall submit the following additional documents in its bid:

- The Certificate of Incorporation

- The Technical specification of goods shall specify all essential technical and performance characteristics and requirements including guaranteed or acceptable maximum or minimum values, as appropriate.

OPTIONAL

Bidders are allowed to bid for all lots or for combinations of lots and should bid for ALL items under given Lot for the proposal to be considered responsive.
