Shield Recruitment & HR kërkon Flutter Developer ( 1 vend pune) për klientin e saj, kompani e njohur në fushën e IT-së me seli në Prishtinë.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Maintain: Build scalable and responsive Flutter applications with clean architecture and modern patterns.
• Manage full app lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Release Management: Prepare production releases for Google Play and the App Store, including signing, versioning, and deployment workflows.
• State Management: Apply appropriate state management solutions such as Riverpod, Bloc, Provider, or GetX depending on use case.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to build and refine app features.
• Code Quality: Write modular, well-documented, and testable code. Conduct peer reviews and support engineering standards.
• Performance & Debugging: Monitor app performance, troubleshoot crashes and bugs, and optimize responsiveness and resource usage.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for architecture, development, and deployment workflows.
• Innovation & Learning: Stay updated with the latest Flutter advancements and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience building Flutter applications
• Proficient knowledge of Dart and Flutter SDK
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.)
• Experience using Riverpod and at least one other state management solution
• Proven experience in building and releasing apps to Play Store and App Store
• Experience integrating with REST APIs, and handling asynchronous data streams
• Experience with offline data (local storage) solutions (Hive, SharedPreferences, SQLite)
• Hands-on experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Crashlytics, Analytics, Cloud Messaging etc.)
• Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills
• Understanding of native platform limitations and bridging native functionality when needed
