Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals – either recent graduates or students nearing graduation – who are eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic, international environment. This role offers broad exposure to the financial processes behind real estate private equity funds.

Initially, the successful candidate will support client reporting and general financial services. As we scale our operations and service offering, you will have the opportunity to learn financial modelling and real estate investment analysis, with exposure to commercial real estate markets across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with periodic obligations, data preparation, and financial information requests.
• Support internal workflows related to fund operations and investor-related processes.
• Contribute to various financial projects as Yunik Solutions expands its service offering.
• Over time, develop skills in:
  • Financial modelling
  • Real estate investment analysis
  • Evaluating commercial real estate opportunities across European markets

Required Qualifications

• Final-year students or recent graduates in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Real Estate, or related fields.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Solid understanding of basic finance principles; exposure to private equity or investment environments is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of commercial real estate concepts is beneficial but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• German language skills are a plus, though not required.
