Sales Administrator (with HubSpot, Lead Generation, & Outbound Sales Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be someone with strong administrative skills and hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, lead generation, and outbound sales calls. If you're passionate about supporting a dynamic sales team and driving business growth, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Management: Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage and track sales leads, contacts, opportunities, and pipeline activities.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads through research, outreach, and inbound/outbound channels.
  • Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products and services, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team.
  • Sales Support: Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and reports. Maintain accurate records in HubSpot to track sales activities and performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through email, phone calls, and follow-up communications.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create and analyze sales reports, identify trends, and contribute insights to improve lead generation and sales processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is essential for managing sales pipelines and reporting.
  • Lead generation expertise, including knowledge of outbound prospecting techniques and tools.
  • Outbound sales call experience is a must; ability to engage with prospects and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus.
