TITAN SHARRCEM is currently looking for a proficient and driven Accountant to join our Finance Team. As an Accountant, he/she will be pivotal in managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in accounting principles, with demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounts payables, workflows, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments
• Ensure that financial deadlines in respect of payments are met (especially to Tax & other governmental authorities).
• Monitor accounts and ensure that any discrepancies are identified and resolved
• Assist with the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
• Prepare weekly cash payments reports
• Prepare monthly analysis of payables
• Monitors the payment terms and proposes changes based on reports
• Closely cooperate with Purchasing department on all issues regarding payments & outstanding Invoices
• Participate in the preparation of the annual audit
• Participate in the completing the documents (invoices) for liquidation

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, Charter Accountancy would be a plus
• 2-3 years of accounts payable experience (preferably) within an accounting department,
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent analytical and Communication skills
• SAP knowledge preferred, or working knowledge to similar ERP, Microsoft Office very good
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Ready to make the extra mile!
• Good knowledge of the English language
