We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Account Manager to support our Account Management team. The ideal candidate will be a natural at building client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the highest quality of service is provided. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our clients and our creative team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests.
- Coordinate project timelines and manage expectations with clients and internal teams.
- Identifying ways to grow client accounts through new business opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing support and insights
- Keeping the team and the client up to date.
- Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Work experience in client management.
- Able to work effectively with a variety of different people.
- Organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Flexible, and able to solve problems.
- Resilient and positive in difficult situations.
- Copywriting skills to create compelling content for clients across different channels, including social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
