Job Title: Showroom Sales Agent / Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Agent to represent our company within the showroom. The role involves welcoming customers, introducing and explaining products, and providing professional advice to support sales. The ideal candidate has experience in ceramic tiles, construction materials, white goods, electrical, hydraulic, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner
- Present and explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly
- Guide customers in product selection according to their needs, projects, and budgets
- Prepare quotations, follow up on offers, and support order processing
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on new collections and technical details
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Maintain showroom presentation, displays, and product samples
- Build long-term relationships with customers, contractors, designers, and partners
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and after-sales support when required
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in showroom sales or customer-facing roles
- Background or knowledge in ceramic tiles, construction materials, white goods, electrical, hydraulic systems, or related industries is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with sales orientation
- Ability to understand technical product information and explain it simply
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic computer skills (ERP/CRM systems are an advantage)
- English or other foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions
Work Location Rruga Lipjan -Gracanice, Prishtine, Kosove
Working Schedule: 6 days / week, 40hrs/ week
Contract Type: Indefinite / Fixed-term / Probation period 3 months
Reporting Line: Reports to Showroom Manager / Sales Manager
Salary: Fixed salary ( based on previous experience ) 900 - 1200 + bonus structure
The compensation offer will be adjusted based on seniority and leadership experience.
Training & Development: Initial training, product training, ongoing development
Leave & Holidays: Annual leave, public holidays, sick leave
