The GIZ project invites qualified candidates to request the tender dossier for the following tasks:
Policy expert 2 on Administrative Burden Reduction
The expert will provide expertise to Strategic Planning Office of the Prime Minister and to line institutions in analyzing, reviewing and providing recommendations and support to preparation of the concept documents and strategic documents with the view to reduction of administrative burden as well to ensure the linkage with policy and digitalization strategic documents. The expert shall use the administrative prevention tools in use such as the Standard Cost Model where applicable as well as be able to analyze examples of other countries for the respective topics. The expert will provide support in development of a training module on Administrative BurdenPrevention and Reduction for civil servantsin collaboration with a team of 3 experts.
