POSITION: General Manager
REFERENCE: SX-25-016
CITY: Pristina
PAY: 3,500 – 4,000€ Gross

staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We are looking for an ambitious General Manager to lead and grow our client’s operations in the Information Technology industry. Their main responsibility will be to oversee business strategy, drive sales, and expand market presence in Kosovo. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies while ensuring operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee strategic communications to stockholders, government agencies, and the public through negotiating and approving company agreements and contracts.
  • Build strategic partnerships and collaborate with major stakeholders, including Account Managers, in order to accelerate sales performance and market positioning.
  • Enhance client relationships and ensure that quality technology solutions are delivered by sales teams to meet customer needs.
  • Set key performance goals and manage the sales team's performance to drive revenue growth in the IT sector.
  • Have an impact on the formulation and execution of sales and marketing strategies for IT products and services, with market growth as a goal.
  • Manage the hiring, onboarding, and training of an outstanding sales team with IT solution experience.
  • Manage budgets, monitor financial health, and maintain profitability while synchronizing sales goals with corporate objectives in the IT sector

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, IT or a related field
  • Proven experience managing or leading teams, preferably in an IT or operations-focused environment
  • Leadership skills with the ability to delegate, motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Albanian, both written and oral
  • Strong organizational skills, as well as attention to detail and prioritization to meet the deadlines
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to tackling challenges and implementing solutions
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Humble to learn and keen on knowledge sharing

OFFER:

  • Salary 3,500 – 4,000€ Gross, based on experience

  • Working hours from 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday (until 14:00), with the possibility to work one day per month from home
