The Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH) is implementing a project called “Integrated Health Services” (IHS), aimed at contributing to the improvement of population health through excellence in research, services, teaching, and training in Kosovo. The IHS Project invites interested and legally registered construction companies to submit their offers for the execution of renovation/construction works in accordance with the conditions and detailed specifications outlined in the tender document. “Construction/Renovation Works for the Development of a Structured Triage System and Optimization of Triage Area Utilization at the General Hospital in Peja Municipality” Interested companies may submit a request to obtain the tender dossier on any working day from 08:30 to 16:30 by contacting the IHS Project Office in Kosovo via the following email address: [email protected] In addition to the request, the email must also include the company's details such as: Company Name and Unique Identification Number.

The deadline for Economic Operators to request the tender dossier is 13.08.2025 at 09:30 AM. Upon receipt of the request, the documentation will be sent to the companies via email. All necessary details for the application can be found in the tender dossier. The deadline for submission of offers is 08.08.2025 at 11:30 AM, at the following address: Str. Tirana, Prime Residence, Entrance A, 9th Floor, Apt. 20, 10000 Pristina, Kosovo.

Offers must be submitted in the following format: 1 Original + 1 Physical Copy of the offer and 1 USB or CD (electronic version containing the complete set of offer documents submitted by the Economic Operator). These documents must be submitted together in a single sealed envelope. The offer should be addressed to the IHS Project, and the envelope should be labeled as follows: “Construction/Renovation Works for the Development of the Structured Triage System in the General Hospital in the Municipality of Peja” and include the reference number: ITT/IHS/2025/001.

Note: SITE VISIT is mandatory.

Economic Operators (EOs) are encouraged to visit and inspect the work site and its surroundings in order to obtain all necessary information for the preparation of their bids. Failure by the Economic Operator (EO) to participate in the site visit shall also be interpreted as a refusal by the EO. Two site

visits are scheduled, on the following dates: 01.08.2025 and 05.08.2025. The Economic Operator (EO) may participate in one or both site visits. In the case of consortia, one or all members of the EO consortium may participate.
