Dexis Consulting Group (Dexis), an international consulting company based in Washington, D.C., is currently implementing the USAID-funded Commercial Justice Activity in Kosovo.
INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS
With this RFP, Dexis is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to develop a data classification system for the IT infrastructure administered by the KJC. Data classification, generally, is the process of organizing structured and unstructured data into categories, so it can be used and secured more efficiently. The goal is to analyze and categorize the various types of judicial data in the IT infrastructure to improve efficiency, organization, and accessibility. This engagement aims to develop a robust and accurate data classification system that can handle a large volume of judicial information effectively while maintaining integrity of the classification structure.
Detailed information will be provided in a Scope of Work (SOW – Annex B) for the Data Classification on Kosovo’s Judicial System, which may be requested by the interested companies.
Interested companies should request the detailed Request for Proposal, SOW, and other annexes by submitting in writing the request to: [email protected]. Please state the RFP number, the name of company, Business Unique Identification Number, name, position and ID number of person requesting the documentation. Interested companies should make sure to request the RFP package as soon as possible, to be able to submit any questions before the questions due date.
Offers must be received via email by April 18, 2024 at 15:00 CET. Offerors should send their offers by email to the individuals identified in Section 3.3.1 of the RFP, inclusive of one (1) email with the Offeror’s technical proposal and a separate email with the Offeror’s cost proposal (10 MB limit per email). No cost information should be provided in the technical proposal.
Late submissions and incomplete proposals will not be considered.
Dexis reserves the right not to award a subcontract to any Offeror. All costs associated with submitting a proposal are the sole responsibility of the Offeror. Dexis will not pay any costs associated with the proposal.
