Background

Biotech Agriculture L.L.C. is seeking a qualified web development provider to design, develop, and launch a new website for his academy. The purpose of this website is to showcase Biotech Agriculture’s projects, facilitate communication with stakeholders, and provide valuable resources for the agricultural community.

Scope of Work

The selected vendor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Website Planning and Design:
   • Conduct initial planning meetings to define project goals, site structure, and design concepts.
   • Develop design drafts, including wireframes and visual elements, for review and approval.
2. Website Development:
   • Build a fully functional, responsive website using the latest web development technologies.
   • Ensure website compatibility with various browsers and mobile devices.
   • Implement SEO best practices to optimize the website for search engines.
3. Content Creation:
   • Develop and integrate text, images, and video content. Content should be engaging, informative, and aligned with Biotech Agriculture’s brand.
   • Ensure all content is optimized for web viewing and search engine indexing.
4. Hosting and Domain:
   • Assist with purchasing a domain name and hosting services.
   • Ensure secure and reliable hosting with regular backups and maintenance options.

Key Deliverables

1. Design and Development Plan: A comprehensive document outlining the website’s structure,

design, and functionality requirements.

1. Website Launch: A fully developed, tested, and launched website, ready for public access within One Month
2. Content: All necessary content, including text, images, and videos, uploaded and tested on the website.
3. Domain and Hosting: A secured domain name and hosting service with required backups and technical support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in website design and development, especially for organizations in the agriculture or related sectors.
• Knowledge of current web technologies and SEO best practices.
• Experience in content creation, including text, imagery, and multimedia content.
• Ability to provide hosting solutions and domain registration.

Evaluation Criteria

• Relevant experience and portfolio of similar projects(40%).
• Proposed timeline and cost (30%).
• Technical capabilities and understanding of SEO and content strategy(20%).
• Client references and previous client feedback (10%).

Submission Guidelines

Interested vendors should submit the following:

1. A proposal outlining their approach to the project, including a timeline and cost estimate.
2. A portfolio showcasing past website development projects.
3. References from previous clients.
4. Information on hosting services and technical support options.
