The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for Translation Services for 3 Years LTA (Long Term Agreement).

• Review all the requirements and specifics of this request for proposal carefully.
• The proposal form (LRPS-2025-9201291) must be completed, signed, and returned to UNICEF.
• The price proposal shall be made in EURO.
• Taxes - All price proposals shall be submitted without VAT since UNICEF is exempt from taxes.
• Language of offer - All proposals, information, documents, and correspondence exchanged between UNICEF and the Bidders in relation to this RFP process, shall be in English.

• The company should be licensed to work and registered in Kosovo. A copy of the valid registration document to be presented.
• Technical offer to be submitted electronically via email at prishtina@unicef.org latest by 1st December 2025. Financial Offer to be submitted in hard copy based on Annex 1. Price Proposal Template, in sealed envelope, latest by 1st December until 16:00 o’clock, with the remark “Translation Services for UNICEF” at address “Ramiz Sadiku” building, Ukshin Hoti Street, C3/2a 6th floor, Prishtina.
