Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Cold Caller. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by making outbound cold calls to potential clients and scheduling appointments for a team of in-home sales representatives in Chicago.
Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 250 outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate new business leads daily
 - Introduce the company's products or services to potential clients and explain their benefits
 - Conduct research on potential clients and identify key decision-makers
 - Identify and address client's needs and concerns
 - Set up appointments for the sales team with interested clients
 - Maintain accurate records of calls made and results achieved
 - Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and appointment quotas
 - Continuously improve through feedback and coaching
 
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of spoken English.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to learn and understand the company's products or services
 - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
 - Strong organizational and time-management skills
 - Proficient in Google Suite and Hubspot CRM software
 - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
