- As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our Project Funding services.
- This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize various channels such as email, social media, cold calling, and networking to generate leads.
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather relevant information.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Track and analyze lead generation efforts to optimize performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
- Proven experience in lead generation or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
The compensation for this position will be based on performance. Successful lead generation efforts will be rewarded accordingly, with the opportunity for bonuses and incentives based on the number and quality of leads generated.
