As the CEO of a fintech startup in need of a turnaround, you will be tasked with setting a new direction, fostering a culture of innovation, driving financial stability, and building a strong brand reputation. Strategic Vision and Leadership

Qualifications required for the job:
- Advanced Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is essential. An MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred, providing a solid foundation in business and financial principles.
- Fintech Knowledge: Specialized courses or certifications in fintech, digital banking, or related technologies are advantageous, showcasing a deep understanding of the sector.
- Proven Turnaround Expertise: Demonstrable experience in successfully turning around businesses, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector. This includes showing evidence of rescuing companies from financial distress, reorganizing operations, and achieving profitability.
