The GIZ project ITP-Innovation and Training Park/PrizrenIpinvites qualified companies to request the tender dossier for the following works:
83486168-Construction and Refurbishment Works in ITP
Tenderers must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Evidence of commercial register entry.
- Average annual turnover of at least 320,000 Euro over the past three financial years.
- An average number of at least 5 employees and managers over the past three calendar years.
- Technical assessment based on reference projects with a minimum commission value of 70,000 Euro.
- Portfolio and reference projects in the field of construction, including at least 3 construction engineering projects, with contract values and reference letters for each.
