POSITION: Area Sales Manager

We’re looking for a friendly and professional candidate for the position of Area Sales Manager to join our client’s team in the Industry of Spare Parts Distribution. The main responsibility of the candidate will be to manage the Sales Department and contribute to the company’s growth in the Kosovo market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and further develop the operations of the sales department, including supervision of the branch network
- Develop and implement the sales budget, while ensuring achievement of sales and profit targets by category
- Prepare sales plans and monitor their effective execution
- Participate in branch openings and contribute to regional service development initiatives
- Ensure proper implementation of the company’s commercial policy across operations
- Monitor market position and initiate strategic actions to strengthen and expand market share within the region
- Lead, coach, and support the sales team, including area sales managers and sales representatives, especially in complex sales situations
- Identify improvements in sales strategies and processes, while following market trends, competitor activities, and maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:
