This supply and installation contract is within the framework of Municipal Action for Reintegration and Diaspora – MARDI, Diaspora Investment Projects, CACH Project No. P220003, awarded to HECTOR L.L.C. by Caritas Switzerland (Office in Kosovo), with backdoor donor support from Ministry of Regional Development, Republic of Kosovo, Government of Liechtenstein and Government of Switzerland.
