Tender: Property and Asset Valuation of Innovation and Training Park (ITP) Prizren

ITP Prizren invites qualified companies to request the tender dossier for the Valuation of property and assets under ITP Prizren’s ownership or management, grouped as follows:

A. Real Estate and Buildings

B. Infrastructure Installations and Specialized Facilities

C. Movable Assets

D. Inventory Registration

E. Land (Market-Based Valuation)

REQUEST FOR THE TENDER DOCUMENTS

Request for tender documents and questions regarding the activity must be sent by e-mail with reference number in the subject line: ITP/CP75, Property and Asset Valuation of Innovation and Training Park (ITP) Prizren, to [email protected] before 30.01.2026.

The responsible ITP officer will provide you with tender documents within a day. All the correspondence should be in English language.

Submission of tenders:

The deadline for submission of the full tender documents according to bidding conditions is 02 February 2026 at 16:00.
