Job Announcement: Part-Time Finance Officer (Film Financing)

Third Eyes Pictures and Romawood film production company based in Kosovo are looking for a Part-Time Finance Officer to join our team, with experience in film financing. This is a remote position, offering flexibility with regular online meetings. The ideal candidate will have experience in film finance, and be fluent in both Albanian and English or Serbian.

You will be working with Third Eyes Pictures, a newly formed audiovisual production company, and Romawood, a pioneering Roma film house with French co-production. The two companies is embarking on an exciting new film production, offering a unique opportunity to be involved in a project that highlights cultural storytelling.

This call is ideal for independent finance officer or small finance company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the financial aspects of film projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage funding applications, contracts, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
- Liaise with producers, directors, and external financiers.
- Participate in regular online team meetings to discuss financial updates and strategies.
- Book keeping

Requirements:

- Proven experience in film production financing.
- Fluent in English and Albanian (both spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Availability for regular online meetings.
