The GIZ project invites qualified candidates to request the tender dossier for the following tasks:
Legal Expert 1 on Administrative Burden Reduction
The expert will provide expertise and advice to the Strategic Planning Office of the Prime Minister and to the line institutions in simplification of procedures for providing administrative services to citizens and businesses. More specifically the expert will provide analyses and expertise in drafting and amendment of legislation with the view to reduction of administrative burden, and where possiblealignment with the EU acquis and EU Services Directive2006/123/EC. The legal expertise shall be providedalso in terms of alignmentand harmonization of respective legislation with the Law on General Administrative Procedure and Law on Inspections, among others.In addition, the expert will provideexpert support in development of a training module for administrative Burden Reduction in collaboration with a team of 3 other experts.
