Job Description:

Crewit Resourcing are an established recruitment company with global operations in 14 countries. We deliver a variety of recruitment solutions to clients across the world.

We are now looking for a Recruitment Operations Manager to lead the operations of one of our divisions. This is a senior, hands-on role where you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, manage a team, and act as the main point of contact between our candidates, employees, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Resourcing & Recruitment – Sourcing high-quality candidates through various channels, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting for client roles.
• Job Process Management – Managing vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Candidate & Client Aftercare – Building strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and resolving any issues promptly with both candidates and clients.
• Employee Management – Supporting our placed staff day-to-day, handling HR-related matters, and maintaining high engagement.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing. Both on the client side, and candidate (resourcing) side.
• Strong organisational and people management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Confident, proactive, and able to work independently and as a team.
• A problem solver who enjoys working with both people and processes.
• Experience with modern applicant tracking systems/ recruitment systems.
• Experience in the entire recruitment process, from writing job descriptions, to screening and presenting candidates.
