Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter

Job Description
We are looking for an organized Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, responsive, and excellent at coordinating between parties. They will have support C-Suite or high-level Executives organise their personal and work lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule appointments
  • Handle email communications and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update CRM databases
  • Prepare daily schedules and meeting notes
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools (Calendly, Google Calendar, Outlook)
  • Previous experience as a VA or appointment setter (preferred)
  • Strong written and spoken English
