Job Summary

Spaxel is looking for a Contracts & Insurance Administrator to join our team in Pristina, Kosovo.

We are seeking to add a Contracts & Insurance Administrator to the Contracting team that will primarily focus on assisting the company needs on administering the contracts and insurance related matters. Candidates must possess superior attention to detail, along with excellent ENGLISH communication and analytical skills, with a great eye to details. Candidates must be proactive, a creative thinker, and have a team-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures that every activity of the company is accompanied by legal documentation including the contract & insurance policies guidelines.
  • Communicates effectively with all parties involved in the company so that the contracts & insurance process is completed successfully.
  • Develops and maintains detailed contracts & insurance reports with attention to punctuality and preparation to work upon arrival.
  • Prepares contracts involving agreements with subcontractors and third parties.
  • Reviews and updates insurance policies of the company on a regular basis to ensure that the company’s insurance policies are updated and compliant.
  • Communicates effectively with insurance related parties to ensure management of company’s insurance renewals.
  • Collects and reviews Insurance Policies & Certificates of Insurance of the subcontractors that are in cooperation with the company.
  • Ensures that the contractor complies with legal requirements and government rules.
  • Contributes to the development and continues improvement of the contracts & insurance administration process.
  • Assists the team leader in other administrative tasks on daily basis.
  • Support the contract lead in all aspects of day-to-day contract & insurance management.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years prior experience in a contracts & insurance administration role or a related field; preferably in insurance underwriting.
  • Sound knowledge of contract law and accounting principles.
  • Has strong negotiation and mediation skills.
  • Possesses superior attention to detail to spot inconsistencies in contracts.
  • Has previous experience in customer service and strong communication skills.
  • Able to work productively independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Should exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attacks everything with drive, energy, and an eye on the bottom line; pushes everything through to completion in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law and/or equivalent experience; Business and Economics will be considered as well.
  • Computer software skills in Microsoft Office tools.
