POSITION: Property Care Manager

staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for an organized and detail – oriented Property Care Manager to join our client’s Property Management Industry. Their main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate housekeeping schedules, oversee daily operations, and ensure a high-quality guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and oversee the daily maintenance and housekeeping tasks, ensuring they are efficiently assigned and completed
• Manage guest supplies, cleaning materials and keep the inventory organized and stocked
• Handle guest complaints professionally to ensure a great experience for them
• Schedule and oversee regular deep cleaning and apartment upkeep to ensure the apartments remain in top condition
• Ensure the organization and overall presentation of all apartments and supervise the preparation of rooms for guests
• Recruit, train and guide the team members, while providing clear instructions on work routines
  

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

• Having a high school diploma is preferred
• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping, maintenance management or similar roles
• Excellent communication skills in English and Albanian, in both written and oral
• Excellent knowledge of maintenance services
• Outstanding organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
• Very good customer service and communication

OFFER:

• Base Salary of 600 - 800€ Net, based on experience
• Working hours 10:00 to 16:00, Monday to Saturday
