Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM, VRM, TPRM, and SecOps.
• Engage in script development to enhance ServiceNow functionalities.
• Create custom tiles and solutions for service requests that are not assignable out-of-the-box.
• Develop REST APIs for integration with Business Central and Personio.
• Adjust ServiceNow to support HR-related data, including employees, supervisors, and cost center mapping.
• Implement and adjust SecOps processes.
• Implement Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Vendor Risk Management (VRM).

Requirements and Qualifications:

• University degree in computer science or a related engineering field is desired.
• Expertise in ServiceNow, especially in modules like VRM, TPRM, ITSM, and SecOps.
• Mid+ to Senior level experience, with 3-5 years in ServiceNow development.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and script development.
• Experience with ServiceNow module configuration and customization.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Fast, logical, and analytical problem-solving skills with a structured working style.
