Job Vacancy: HR Manager

Our company is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function, contributing directly to the company’s long-term goals and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Human Resources strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and business objectives.
• Lead annual HR processes, workforce analytics, and leadership and talent development programs.
• Develop, oversee, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
• Design and implement a strategic workforce planning model based on current and future organizational needs.
• Lead and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including talent acquisition, training, and onboarding.
• Drive performance management processes and implement initiatives to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
• Identify organizational training and development needs and collaborate with department heads to plan and deliver training programs.
• Oversee employee records, employment contracts, attendance, leave management, and personnel documentation.
• Manage employee appointments and terminations in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure accurate employee registration and reporting to relevant government authorities, in compliance with applicable laws.
• Initiate and organize employee engagement, motivation, and well-being activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree: a master’s degree in human resources, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including proven leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and modern HR practices.
• Excellent strategic, leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
