About Us:

We run multiple home improvement businesses in Ireland (driveways, glass work, outdoor structures). We generate leads online, close deals and coordinate with contractors to deliver quality work.

We're looking for someone who can learn, think critically and figure things out - NOT someone who already knows everything.

What You'll Do:

Lead management: Follow up with warm inbound leads via phone/WhatsApp/email

Sales support: Send quotes, handle objections, close deals

CRM management: Keep our pipeline organized and updated

Website updates: Make changes to websites using our templates (we'll teach you)

Coordinate with contractors: Schedule site visits and installations

Learn new software: We use various tools - you'll need to figure them out

Use your initiative: See what needs doing and do it without being told

This is NOT a specialist role. You don't need to be an expert at anything. You need to be able to learn quickly, think critically, and solve problems.

What We're Looking For:

Must Have:

✅ Quick learner - Can learn new software without hand holding

Nice to Have:

Technical background

Previous VA experience (but NOT freelancer platforms like Upwork/Fiverr)

Sales or customer service experience

Compensation:

Part-time/ Full time positions available:

Starting Rate: €500/month + Commissions per job (depending on experience)
