Application Process

Applications must be submitted via e-mail to: [email protected] , no later than 15 May 2026, until 16:00, indicating in the subject line: “Consultancy Application – (structured civic engagement program with survivors at the center)” and the name/surname of the applicant.

The application package must include:

• Curriculum Vitae (CV) (maximum 2 pages);
• Cover Letter, outlining relevant expertise and experience for this assignment (maximum 1 page);
• Financial Offer, clearly indicating the proposed daily rate and/or total cost for the assignment (in EUR);
• Two references (previous employers/supervisors) who can attest to the applicant’s qualifications and ability to successfully deliver on the assignment as described in the Terms of Reference (ToRs).

Incomplete applications will not be considered. Applications received after the deadline will be considered late and will not be evaluated. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
