
Individual Giving Face to Face coordinator – 1 POSITION M/F
Individual Giving Face to Face Coordinator (F2F) Coordinator (m/f), as a member of the fund development department, she/he leads and drive the organization's face to face fundraising efforts to generate substantial financial resources. This includes expanding the donor base, fostering donor engagement, and driving sustainable growth by securing sustainable funding through individual giving via face-to-face fundraising activities. Build strong relationships with individual donors and cultivate a committed donor base. The position aims to advance the mission of SOS Children's Villages and make a meaningful impact in providing essential support and care to children without parental care.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement F2F fundraising strategies
o Analyse market and cultural trends,
o Research and identify optimal locations and recruitment methods for F2F campaigns.
o Develop and implement training programs for F2F fundraising teams.
o Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Manage and motivate F2F fundraising teams,
o Recruit, train, and supervise F2F fundraising staff.
o Set clear goals and expectations for team members.
o Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure team success.
o Foster a positive and results-oriented work environment.
- Plan, monitor, and analyze F2F fundraising activities:
o Collaborate with the Fund Development & Communications department to establish fundraising goals and targets.
o Develop and manage F2F fundraising budgets.
o Track campaign performance against KPIs (key performance indicators).
o Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies. - Ensure compliance and ethical fundraising practices
COMPETENCES – KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices, including market research, branding, and customer relationship management and ability to concepts to the context of F2F individual giving fundraising.
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
- Understanding of donor/customer behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in project management, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects within budget and on time.
- Ability to identify and analyse fundraising data to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
MUST CRITERIA:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in fundraising, marketing or sales field
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing/sales/
- fundraising campaigns
- Experience in building and managing relationships with coworkers/ donors/
- stakeholders/ customers
- Experience in tracking and reporting on fundraising/marketing/sales results
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Be a resident of Kosovo.
PREFERRED ADDITIONAL CRITERIA:
- Experience working in Non-Profit sector, in fundraising field
- Experience working in Individual giving Fundraising Field
- Experience with donor relationship management (DRM) software
- Experience in developing and implementing training programs for fundraising staff
- Experience in staying up-to-date on the latest trends in individual giving fundraising
- Experience in leading and managing teams
