Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will be a key driver of our growth strategy, responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key clients and corporates within the designated region. This role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience, and with the capability to engage with high-level decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles independently. The Regional Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding Zvilo’s market presence and achieving our sales targets.
Specific Responsibilities and Activities
- Pre-Screening Support: Assist the sales team by preparing pre-screening reports, gathering information on prospective clients, and analyzing initial data to create client profiles.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing necessaryinformation. Facilitate communication between clients and the sales team to ensure all needs and questions are addressed promptly.
- Administrative Assistance: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining client records. Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and up-to- date.
- Data Management: Maintain and organize client data and sales records in SharePoint in accordance with Zvilo policy. Ensure all information is accessible and correctly filed for future reference.
- Report Preparation: Prepare and distribute sales reports, highlighting key metrics and progress towards sales targets. Assist in creating presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Sales Tools Management: Manage and update sales tools and resources, ensuring the sales team has access to the most current and effective materials.
- Coordination and Follow-Up: Coordinate with various departments to facilitate the sales process, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently. Follow up with clients post-interaction to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Support Sales Strategies: Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies by providing necessary support and insights based on client interactions and data analysis.
Responsibilities for Sales Support
→ Client Interaction: Take on a more client-facing role, directly interacting with key clients to ensure their needs are met and providing insights into their feedback.
→ Support in Sales Meetings: Assist and support in presentations and discussions in sales meetings, ensuring that all relevant information is clearly communicated and any questions or concerns are addressed effectively.
→Administrative Support: Take responsibility for managing complex administrative tasks and coordinating with higher-level management to streamline sales operations.
→ Coaching and Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior sales support staff, helping them develop their skills and understanding of sales support processes.
Skills &Qualifications:
→Proven experience in a sales support or similar role.
→Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
→Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
→Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
→Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
→Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
→Familiarity with CRM systems, includingMonday.com (desirable).
