Job Title: ARCHITECTURAL BIM DESIGNER

Position Summary:

We are seeking an Architectural BIM Designer to join our Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) team and contribute to projects from early concept through full construction documentation. This is a hands-on, design-focused, and detail-driven role with a strong emphasis on residential interior design and BIM execution.

You will work on real projects primarily for the U.S. market, with the opportunity to see your designs directly influence construction outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural and interior design projects from concept design to construction documentation
• Produce high-quality BIM models in Revit aligned with real construction workflows
• Prepare interior layouts, elevations, details, and schedules
• Translate design intent into clear, coordinated construction drawings
• Create 3D views, visuals, and renderings to support design presentations
• Maintain model accuracy, graphic quality, and documentation standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• English communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must
• Proven experience developing projects from concept to construction drawings
• Strong background in residential interior design
• Solid 3D/BIM modeling skills in Autodesk Revit
• Strong interest in interior detailing, materials, and finishes
• Excellent graphics and presentation skills
• Ability to generate 3D renderings
• Proficiency with the Autodesk suite, especially Revit
• Familiarity with other Autodesk-related software and tools is a plus
• Experience working on projects for the U.S. market is a strong plus, but not required

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. After the first three months, employees are eligible to work remotely on Fridays from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
