Job Title: People & Talent Manager

Location: Prishtina, Kosovo

Position Summary

The People & Talent Manager plays a key role in helping Spaxel scale by leading recruitment efforts, strengthening employee experience, and building people-focused processes that support organizational growth. This is a recruitment-driven position focused on identifying and attracting top talent while partnering with leadership to improve hiring quality, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Primary Focus)

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple departments and levels of seniority.
  • Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, universities, networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective recruitment plans.
  • Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and new-hire retention.
  • Support employer branding initiatives that strengthen Spaxel’s ability to attract top talent.

People Operations

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a consistent employee experience.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and people-related documentation.
  • Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Monitor employee engagement and help identify opportunities to improve retention and workplace satisfaction.

Organizational Development

  • Help identify talent gaps and workforce needs across the organization.
  • Support leadership in building high-performing teams and succession plans.
  • Assist in developing training and professional development programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, people operations, HR, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
