Call for expressions of interest

Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, is announcing as following:

Objective of the Assignment:

Offering Translation services in writing, proofreading/editing written documents in different languages & consecutive and simultaneous interpretation services.

GIZ will pre-qualify companies based on their expression of interest. Pre-qualified firms will receive a Tender Notification with detailed specifications. Participation in this EOI does not guarantee invitation or contract award.

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

1. Letter of Application and Company Profile Including copies of documents defining the applicant’s legal status.
2. Financial Capacity Average annual turnover for the last three fiscal years of at least 50,000 EUR. Proof should be provided through Tax Administration confirmation or signed audit reports.
3. Human Resources Capacity Evidence that the average number of employees and managers over the last three calendar years is at least three (5) people, proven by official documentation such as a Tax Administration list.
4. Technical Experience At least three (3) reference projects in the field of translation, at least two (2) of the reference projects must have been implemented in Kosovo. These reference projects must have been implemented within the last 36 months (counting from the date of publication of the invitation to tender). Demonstrate your organization’s suitability by referencing the scope of work and qualifications needed for the task.

Please do not provide documentation that cannot prove the required criteria.

Only shortlisted companies will be notified for further application procedures!

The GIZ reserves the right to accept or reject any EOI and to annul the current exercise and reject all EOIs without thereby incurring any liability to any applicant or any obligation to inform applicants of the grounds of its action.
