Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, is announcing the following:

Call for expressions of interest (EOI)

GIZ invites service providers to submit an EOI for the travel management services (airline ticketing, hotel reservations, and related services) in Kosovo.

Interested service providers (companies) are requested to EOI by submitting the following documents, completed in full, to email address: [email protected] titled/labelled as “83502126 – Travel Management Services” not later than the 06 November 2025 at 5:00 PM.

GIZ is therefore soliciting the following documents from interested companies:

1. A EOI letter duly dated and signed.

2. A company profile detailing experience in providing travel services.

3. A list of services offered.

4. A track record of previous similar engagements.

All documents must be submitted in English language.

Please note that:

• EOI and documents must be submitted in pdf format.
• The size of emails for quotation is limited to 20 MB. In case the quotations exceed the maximum data size, quotation documents must be sent via filetransfer.giz.de .
• You should use the reference number 83502126, otherwise we cannot consider your offer

After the evaluation of the EOI received, the chosen companies will be contacted and invited to take part in the tender. This Request for EOI is not a solicitation, and replying to it does not guarantee that a service provider will be invited to any solicitation by GIZ.
