Dear Sir/Madam,
The Centre for Education and Development of Environment (CEDE), acting on behalf of the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency (SwEPA) and the Kosovo Environmental Protection Agency (KEPA), hereby invites qualified design consultants or creative agencies to submit proposals for the development of a Visual Identity for Kosovo’s National Parks (Sharri and Bjeshkët e Nemuna).

This assignment forms part of the Sida-financed project “Continued Cooperation between SwEPA and KEPA – Capacity Building on Nature Protection and Environmental Data Use” and shall be implemented in accordance with the Sida Procurement Guidelines (SPG) and the agreement NV-00537-25 between SwEPA and CEDE.

Scope of Work
The selected consultant will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing a modern, cohesive visual identity system (including logos, graphic standards manual, and key applications for digital and print use) to represent Kosovo’s National Parks. Full details are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).

● Company Registration Certificate and Portfolio of Similar Assignments
● Valid Tax Clearance Certificate

Submission Details
● Deadline: 5 December 2025 (Thursday) at 16:00 CET ]
● Submission Method: By email to [email protected], with the subject line “RFP – Visual Identity for Kosovo National Parks – [Name of Firm]”, Proposals must be submitted in PDF format (max 20 MB).
● Late or incomplete proposals will not be accepted.

Clarifications
All questions or requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing to: [email protected] , no later than five (5) calendar days before the submission deadline. Responses will be shared with all invited bidders in a Q&A document.

Important Notes
● CEDE conducts this procurement on behalf of SwEPA and KEPA under Agreement NV-00537-25.
● All documents must be in English.
● Bidders must comply with the Sida Procurement Guidelines (SPG) and CEDE’s Anti-Corruption and Conflict-of-Interest Declaration.
● CEDE will send the final evaluation report to SwEPA and KEPA for “no-objection” prior to award notification.
