Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH) is implementing a project titled: “Integrated Health Services” (IHS), aimed at improving population health through excellence in research, services, teaching, and training in Kosovo. The IHS project invites interested legal construction companies to submit their bids for construction/ renovation work in accordance with the conditions and specifications detailed in the tender document. The project aims to engage construction company for the execution of:

Construction/Renovation work for the establishment of a multifunctional reception area at the

General Hospital“Isa Grezda” in the municipality of Gjakova.

Interested companies may request the tender documents on any working day from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM by contacting the IHS Project office in Kosovo via email at: [email protected] . Along with the request, companies must provide their details, such as the company name and unique identification number. The deadline for Economic Operators to request the tender dossier is 22.10.2024 at 4:30 PM. Upon receipt of the request, the documentation will be sent to the companies via email. All necessary details for the application can be found in the tender documents.

The deadline for submitting bids is 23.10.2024 at 11:30 AM, at the following address: Str. Tirana, Prime Residence, Entrance A, 9`thfloor, Apartment 20, 10000 Pristina, Kosovo. Bids must be submitted in the following format: 1 original + 1 physical copy of the bid, as well as 1 USB or CD (an electronic format containing all documentation submitted by the Economic Operator), and all must be submitted in a single sealed envelope. The bid must be addressed to the IHS Project, and the envelope should be marked: “Construction/Renovation work for the establishment of a multifunctional reception area at the General Hospital “Isa Grezda” in the municipality of Gjakova”, and reference number: “ITT/IHS/2024/005”.

Note: SITE VISITS are mandatory. Economic Operators (EO) are encouraged to visit and inspect the work site and its surroundings to gather all information necessary for preparing the bid. Failure of the Economic Operator (EO) to participate in the site visit will result in the disqualification of the bid submitted by the Economic Operator. The site visit is scheduled for 15.10.2024 at 11:00 AM.
