🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance and diagnostics
• Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance software
• Risk assessment and mitigation skills
  

💼 Experience:

• 7+ years in maintenance and technical supervision
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing external contractors
• Work order and asset maintenance planning
  

👤 Personal qualities:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities
  

🗣️ Fluency in English is required.
